New Baby, New Family

Visits can be provided in the home, at a mutually-agreed-upon public location, in our offices, or over the phone. Public health nurses provide parenting support, breastfeeding and nutritional counseling, care referrals, and health assessment.

Services are available for all pregnant women and families with newborns. There are no income restrictions on receiving services through our New Baby, New Family program. If you would like to refer someone or if you yourself are interested in participating, please use the referral form link or contact our staff. After receiving your completed form, our staff will reach out to set up your first visit and assess your need and eligibility for any other programs and services. All clients are assigned a public health nurse for care.
