3	AVERAGE	Laminate counters, typically more than 1,000 square feet, minimal skylights, 4/12 or 6/12 pitched roof, rectangular gable ends, hollow core doors, pre-fabricated trusses, limited closet space, walls at right angles, face of home sometimes upgraded from other sides, basic architecture, little fenestration, board & baton or lap siding, eaves
4	GOOD	Solid surface, butcher block or custom counters, bull nose corners, skylights or tube lights, soffits, steeper/complex roofs, more complex roof, vaulted ceilings, larger and/or more windows, walk in closets, two story foyers &/or living areas, angled architecture, decorative siding and/or trim, rock features (wainscoting, siding, fireplace), exposed aggregate slabs, more fenestration, crown molding, master baths with a shower separate from the bath tub, solid wood doors
5	VERY GOOD	Similar attributes as a "4" but may also have an upgraded kitchen, crown molding or other decorative interior and/or exterior trim, complex footprint, often has a guest house of the same class and condition as the main house, usually custom construction, raised panel doors, stone work, clad windows with wood interior, custom interior & exterior details and refinements, five fixture bath with tile or solid surface counters, floor to ceiling windows, varied roof pitch, upgraded roof, columns, upgraded decking, exposed beams, coffered and/or box ceilings
6	EXCELLENT	Similar attributes as a "5" but may also have inlaid wood floor, kitchen upgraded further, may have more than one master bedroom, custom features throughout with attention to detail, built-ins, heavy beams/rafters, radius architecture, copper flashing and/or gutters, slate and flagstone slab work
7	SUPERIOR	Similar attributes as a "6" but may also have a lot more square footage, often built on parcels that are on the waterfront or bluff; complexity and condition are unique, extraordinary and/or unusual
8	EXCEPTIONAL	Similar attributes as a "7", bathrooms are the same quality as the kitchen, often has a formal entry, garages are often finished inside and out as nice as the home
9	ULTIMATE	Similar attributes as an "8" but may also have custom made fixtures and windows with outdoor attributes such as a built in barbeque that are the same quality as the. interior attributes

A	LOW	Materials are low quality within the class, workmanship is subpar.
B	ADEQUATE	Materials are adequate quality within the class, workmanship is adequate.
C	FAIR	Materials are fair quality within the class, workmanship is fair.
D	BELOW AVERAGE	Materials are below average quality within the class, workmanship is below average.
E	AVERAGE	Materials are typical and average quality within the class, workmanship is average.
F	ABOVE AVERAGE	Materials are above average quality within the class, workmanship is above average.
G	GOOD	Materials are good quality within the class, workmanship is good.
