Camano Transfer Station

NOTICE
Artwork - No Yard Waste CollectionDue to unforeseen circumstances, Island County is no longer accepting yard waste at its Camano Transfer Station.

Island County Public Works is evaluating safety concerns at that location. No date has been scheduled for resuming yard waste collection.
Public Works suggests that Camano Island residents take their yard waste to the closest yard waste collection facility, which is Lenz Enterprises, 5210 State Highway 532, Stanwood. Also, Waste Management provides curbside collection of yard waste.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Clothing: Place in the blue Northwest Center container.

This facility is for Island County residents ONLY. Out-of-county waste is NOT accepted. Stanwood's residents use Snohomish County's Transfer Stations.

Acceptance of waste at this facility is dependent upon the space available.
