Recovery Navigator Program

Recovery Navigator staff facilitate and coordinate connections to a broad range of community resources for youth and adults with substance abuse disorders, including treatment and recovery support services.

• Navigating connections to a broad range of resources for youth and adults with behavioral health issues
• Harm reduction by offering short-term assistance to address immediate needs
• Referral services to treatment and recovery support programs
• Coordination and communication between law enforcement, the legal system, medical providers and community partners.
