The Outreach Early Childhood and Parent Support Program meets the needs of Island County parents and caregivers and their birth to 5-year-olds as they work to create healthy environments for optimal social and emotional growth and development.
Outreach Mental Health Counseling provides case management and short-term counseling to individuals and their families in Island County, regardless of ability to pay, stabilizing clients in the least restrictive manner possible by matching each person's needs and based on the severity of the crisis.
In collaboration with first responders and area service providers, the Opioid Outreach Worker provides short-term support for people with opioid addiction until intake with local treatment providers is completed.
Island County Human Services Youth & Social Outreach Alive & Resilient program
A collaboration between Island County Mental Health professionals and Island County Law Enforcement Agencies to respond to behavioral health emergencies.
Recovery Navigator staff facilitate and coordinate connections to a broad range of community resources for youth and adults with substance abuse disorders, including treatment and recovery support services.
A collaboration between the Island County Jail and Island County Human Services, this program offers mental health and substance use services for individuals.
A collaboration between Island County District Court and Island County Human Services, this program offers case management services for community members involved with District Court.
