The Outreach Early Childhood and Parent Support Program meets the needs of Island County parents and caregivers and their birth to 5-year-olds as they work to create healthy environments for optimal social and emotional growth and development.
Outreach Mental Health Counseling provides case management and short-term counseling to individuals and their families in Island County, regardless of ability to pay, stabilizing clients in the least restrictive manner possible by matching each person's needs and based on the severity of the crisis.
In collaboration with first responders and area service providers, the Opioid Outreach Worker provides short-term support for people with opioid addiction until intake with local treatment providers is completed.
