Superior Court

Court Administration is closed for lunch from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM daily. Judge's working copies may continue to be provided in the box at the Court Administration counter and will be processed and distributed at 12:30.

The primary purpose of the Superior Court is to decide cases fairly and impartially, based solely on applicable facts and law.

In administering Island County Superior Court, the goals are to provide efficient and courteous service to all, promote respect for the law and provide equal access to justice.
