About Us
Island County Parks and Recreation Department manages 54 park facilities on Whidbey and Camano islands, including parks that provide recreational opportunities for athletic teams, hikers, equestrians, mountain biking, boating, fishing, and rental facilities for weddings, meetings, and conferences.

Adopt-a-Park
- Obtain a packet for the Adopt-a-Park Program. For more information, email Program Manager Catherine Kelley or call her at 360-678-7965.
Purchase Boat Launch Passes for 2023-24
2023-24 Annual Passes may be purchased beginning June 1.
Island County Residents
- Annual Pass: $30
Valid July 1 through June 30. - Daily Pass: $5 per day
Valid only for specified launch date.
Non-Residents
- Annual Pass: $90
Valid July 1 through June 30. - Daily Pass: $15 per day
Valid only for specified launch date
For credit card payments, a minimum $2 fee will apply to purchases up to $80 and a 2.5% fee for purchases of $80 or more.
