Island County Human Services is partnering with Outdoor for All Foundation to provide an adaptive cycling experience. For ages 6 and older, you can check out handcycles, tandems, recumbent cycles and more. Helmets will be provided.
Event is 10 AM to 3 PM Saturday, Sept. 23 at North Whidbey Middle School track, 67 NE Izett St., Oak Harbor.
