Public meeting on the North Whidbey portion of Island County's speed limit study. Information provided will include new research, policy and procedures, suggested speed limits and engineer recommendation. The county is seeking public input on the project. The meeting is 4:30-5:30 PM Wednesday, July 26 at the Taylor Road Fire Station, 3440 Taylor Road, Oak Harbor.
