Community Health Services
About
Public Health works to improve the health of all community members. Working at the community level promotes well-being, prevents disease, and helps reduce health gaps caused by access to healthy food and healthcare, location, income, and other factors. We help community members thrive by providing essential services, strengthening community partnerships, and planning outreach activities.
